BALTHASAR 1789 Distilled Dry Gin

A multifaceted, fruity dry gin BALTHASAR 1789 - a tribute to Balthasar Lix, the father of Thomas.

Born on February 24th, 1947, he would have turned 72 in 2019. Balthasar Lix was also the previous owner of the current farm of the Zahlersberg which was built in 1789. He then passed this on to his son Thomas Balthasar Lix.

In honor of him we created a multifaceted small batch gin. Exquisite botanicals, refined with handpicked grapefruits and with the pure water from the Zahlersberg, to a drinking strength of 47%.
